U.S. Cellular previously said that pre-orders of its Samsung Galaxy S III would begin going out this week, and today the carrier has shed a bit more light on the situation. Over on its official Facebook page, U.S. Cellular has revealed that pre-orders of its 16GB Galaxy S III will begin shipping today, with pre-orders of its 32GB model going out "soon afterward." If you didn't take part in the pre-sale but still want a Galaxy S III, online sales of the 16GB variant will begin on July 11 and in-store sales will start at the end of this week. Sales of U.S. Cellular's 32GB Galaxy S III are expected to kick off "soon thereafter."
Considering that U.S. Cellular has been accepting pre-orders for its Galaxy S III for nearly a month now, it's exciting for USCC subscribers that shipments of the device are starting today and that sales will kick off this week. Of course, those customers that are eyeing U.S. Cellular's Marble White 32GB Galaxy S III will have to wait a tad longer for their handset, but that extra built-in storage will be worth the wait, right folks?
