AT&T announced this morning that it's expanded its 4G LTE network once again, bringing coverage to portions of Tennessee. The carrier says that it's flipped its LTE switch in Nashville and Davidson County, which also brings the service to surrounding Maury, Robertson, Rutherford, Sumner, Williamson and Wilson Counties. AT&T has activated its 4G LTE coverage in Lawrenceburg, Tenn., as well.
This latest expansion comes a few weeks after AT&T turned on its 4G LTE network in Cleveland, Ohio, and adds another major city to AT&T's list of LTE markets. The newly-activated areas in Tennessee are gaining LTE coverage right before AT&T launches its version of the LTE-enabled Samsung Galaxy S III (Aaron's review), which the carrier recently said would be available "in the coming weeks," so the AT&T customers in the new markets will be able to surf the LTE airwaves once the device hits shelves.
