Last month saw Verizon roll out its LTE coverage to 28 markets and expand in 11 more, bringing it to a total of 258 4G markets. If your hometown still isn't part of that group, though, you may have better luck later this month when Verizon grows its LTE network again. The carrier today announced a handful of areas that'll be gaining new or expanded 4G coverage on June 21, including areas in Indiana, Michigan and North Carolina. Here's how the list of markets announced so far looks:
New markets
Expanding markets
Enhanced coverage
That's not the biggest LTE expansion we've seen out of Verizon, but it's worth noting that Big Red has been known to spread its announcements out during the early part of the month and then unleash the full list days before the new coverage goes live. So if you don't see your city in the above list, don't fret just yet. We'll be sure to pass along more details on Verizon's upcoming LTE rollout as we get them. Any of you located in one of the markets that Verizon's already named?
