According to the Wall Street Journal's sources, Apple has ordered displays that are "at least 4 inches diagonally," which is a bump from the 3.5-inch screen size that iPhone users are accustomed to. Apple is said to be working with three display manufacturers (LG, Sharp and Japan Display) on the larger screen. There's no mention of what the exact size of this rumored larger screen may be.
