Earlier this month we got our first peek at a pair of new Huawei myTouch handsets for T-Mobile thanks to some leaked renders, and now one of the devices has posed for a quick photo shoot in the wild. Our pals at TmoNews have received a handful of images of the keyboard-less Huawei myTouch phone in the flesh plastic and, well, it looks pretty similar to the aforementioned press render. One of the photos shows that the myTouch is running Android 2.3.6, while another offers a look at the device's lock screen.
Details on the new Huawei myTouches is still light, but it's been suggested that they'll both feature displays that both have a resolution of 800x480 and that they could debut later in the spring. So far the two handsets seem to be destined for a home in T-Mobile's mid-range lineup, and it'll be interesting to see how Huawei's myTouch offerings stack up to the currently-available LG myTouch phones. We'll pass along more information on both the handset you see above as well as its QWERTY-fied brother as we get it. Until then, you can hit up the link below for a couple more leaked shots.
