Been wondering just what the Huawei Prism is ever since the name first popped up on our radar last month? Wonder no more, as our friends at TmoNews are reporting that the device you see above is indeed the Prism. There's not much known about the Prism's hard spec details, but the device did recently pass through the FCC, and the agency's filing on the device mentions that it's packing microSD card support and a 1,400mAh battery.
If you feel like the device in the image above looks familiar, you're not alone. Its face is more than a little similar to the Huawei Ascend II that's currently available on Cricket and U.S. Cellular and features a 3.5-inch 320x480 display, 600MHz processor and 1,400mAh battery. Of course, we'll have to wait for Huawei and T-Mobile to make the Prism official before we learn whether or not it actually is the same as the Ascend II, but so far it's looking like the Prism may end up hitting Magenta's low-end lineup when it launches. If you'd like something to do to help pass the time until the Prism's announcement, you can hit up the FCC link below for some nitty-gritty details of its visit to the agency.
