Are you a Motorola DROID 3 owner that heard about the DROID 2's impending update and thought to yourself, "Hey, where's mine?" If so, we've got some good news for you. A report out of Android Central shows that Motorola has also begun sending emails out to DROID 3-toting members of the Motorola Feedback Network, explaining that the company is inviting owners of the device to test out a new software update and provide feedback on it.
As with the DROID 2 soak test that we learned about earlier today, it's not yet clear precisely what this new DROID 3 update is going to be packing. As we always say, though, any update is a good update. Plus, I'm sure that D3 owners are glad to see their slider getting some TLC after its time in the DROID family spotlight was cut short by its LTE-toting brother. As usual, you can bet that we'll let you know more about the DROID 3's update when we get it. So DROID 3 owners, any issues jump to mind that you'd like to see fixed in this update?
