Yesterday Nokia officially took the wraps off of the white Lumia 800, sharing several photos of the device and letting us know that it'll be making its debut later this month. It seems that Nokia may have accidentally revealed another new white handset in the process of announcing the pale 800, though. Up above is a white version of the Lumia 900 that was posted to Nokia's Facebook page before being yanked shortly thereafter. Interestingly, there's no AT&T logo to be found on this 900, suggesting that an international version of this panda 900 is in the works.
In other Lumia 900 news, Dave Zatz of Zatz Not Funny reports that he was offered the opportunity to reserve either a white or black version of the AT&T Lumia 900 during a recent visit to a brick and mortar Microsoft store. Two employees told Zatz that a $25 deposit would guarantee him a 900. Neither of the workers knew how much the phone would actually cost when it launches, though prices between $150 and $200 were kicked around as possibilities, which is a bit higher than the $99.99 price point that was rumored last month. As for a release date, the Microsoft store employees said they expected the white and black Lumia 900s to arrive in the second half of March.
It's not a huge surprise to see that Nokia may be prepping a white Lumia 900 considering that the Finnish firm already has a white Lumia 800 and white N9, but we're still glad to see a press photo of the snowy 900 surface. Now we just have to sit and wait for Nokia and AT&T to come forward with official release date and pricing info for the Lumia 900. Here's to hoping that, when they do come forward with those details, the companies also announce that a white 900 will be joining the black and cyan models on store shelves.
