Earlier this month Motorola put its Wi-Fi-only XYBOARDs up for pre-order on its website, offering customers an early crack at either an 8.2-inch or 10.1-inch slice of Honeycomb. Now the Android-powered slates have actually begun shipping, meaning those of you that've been on the fence will now be tempted by the "Add to Cart" button. Pricing remains the same as we mentioned a few weeks ago:
As a quick spec refresher, the XYBOARDs include a 1.2GHz dual-core processor, 5-megapixel camera, 1.3-megapixel front-facing shooter, 1GB RAM and Android 3.2 Honeycomb. It's also worth noting that Motorola says that the XYBOARD is Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich upgradable, so that's something to think about when weighing your buying decision. Still unsure about whether or not to pull out that credit card? Check out Aaron's two-part review of the 8.2-inch DROID XYBOARD right here and here. Just remember to come back and let us know in the comments below if you decide to pull the trigger.
