The Motorola DROID RAZR Maxx first entered our lives after popping up in the EXIF data of some photos just a couple of weeks ago, and now the mysterious device is back again and ready to prove to us that it's really real. As you can see up above, the DROID RAZR Maxx has surfaced in Verizon's systems, confirming its existence and the fact that it's a 4G handset. There's no mention of when the Maxx might make its way to store shelves, but its appearance here suggests that it may be getting close to landing in the hands of testers.
As far as what kind of specs this new DROID RAZR Maxx might feature, well, that's still up in the air. However, the original RAZR maxx packed a few noteworthy upgrades over the original RAZR — like an improved camera — and we're likely to see this Android-powered DROID RAZR Maxx to get a spec bump from the still-young and unmaxxed DROID RAZR as well. What I'd like to know is which of Motorola's old device names it plans to revive next. Perhaps we'll see a DROID KRZR or DROID Q? Only time will tell.
