Drooling over the Nokia Lumia 800 ever since Aaron posted his two-part review last week? Nokia may be staying mum on the U.S. availability of its Windows Phone products, but that doesn't mean that you have to wait for the Finnish firm to officially bring its products Stateside before tasting the fruits of Microsoft and Nokia's strategic partnership. Expansys, which began offering the Galaxy Nexus earlier this week, is now selling an unlocked, 16GB version of the black Lumia 800 that'll play nicely with AT&T 3G here in U.S. (T-Mobile folk will be stuck on EDGE.) As far as pricing goes, the Lumia 800's model number and sticker price are nearly one and the same, as you can expect to shell out $789.99 for the Mango-powered handset.
For anyone that wants a Nokia Windows Phone but isn't in love with the idea of dropping nearly $800 on one, the rumor mill recently churned out a report claiming that Nokia is planning to take the wraps off of its U.S.-bound Windows Phone devices at CES 2012 in January. There aren't a lot of details so far on what exactly Nokia may have up its sleeve, but the company is reportedly teaming up with Nokia on an LTE-enabled version of the Lumia 800. Whether or not that rumor will turn into reality remains to be seen, but for anyone that doesn't feel like waiting any long to find out, the "Add to Cart" button is awaiting your click at the source link below.
