Winter is inching closer, and for many parts of the country that means that the snow will soon be falling. If you're an AT&T customer that'd like help getting in the mood for the white stuff — or making up for the fact that you won't likely be getting any, depending on what part of the country you live in — the folks at ATT may soon be able to help. An image sent over to Pocketnow has revealed that a white version of the Samsung Galaxy S II Skyrocket is in the works, featuring an all-white body rather than a two-tone look like many of the other pale devices that we've seen come to market. This new Skyrocket variant is said to feature the same specs as the plain black model.
So when might you be able to get your glove-covered hands on a snow white Galaxy S II Skyrocket? There's no word on a release date, but Amazon's already got the device listed on its website, so it may not be too far off. As usual, we'll pass along the details as we get them. What do you all make of uniquely-colored devices like the white Galaxy S II Skyrocket or red DROID Incredible 2? Would any of you ever be interested in picking one up or do you prefer your phone have a straight up black body?
