Just in case someone was interested in picking up an HTC DROID Incredible 2 and didn't care for the black or white versions that it's currently available in, it looks like Verizon is set to offer yet another new model later this month. Images sent over to Droid-Life show that Verizon and HTC have whipped up a red version of the Incredible 2 that's set to go on sale next Thursday, November 24th. There's no word on pricing, but the black Incredible 2 is currently priced at $149.99 on Verizon's website, so I wouldn't be surprised to see the red variant hit with a similar price tag.
Although some might wonder exactly why HTC and Verizon have given the Incredible 2 yet another coat of paint, it's still good to see the two companies offering up a device that's different than the usual black or white handsets that we're used to seeing. More choice is always a good thing, after all. And I don't know about you, but I kind of dig the red DInc 2, though that may just be because I'm kind of obsessed with the color red.
