After being teased twice in the past week or so by leaks showcasing the T-Mobile-branded BlackBerry Torch 9810, today the folks in Magenta have officially announced that RIM's latest portrait slider is destined for their network. Launching November 9th, the Torch 9810 will be priced at $249.99 after a $50 mail-in rebate and two-year contract. T-Mobile business customers can pre-order the device starting today.
Interested in a quick spec refresher? The BlackBerry Torch 9810 is packing a 3.2-inch 640x480 touchscreen, 1.2GHz processor, 5-megapixel camera with LED flash, 720p video capture, 768MB RAM, T-Mobile 4G connectivity, and the BlackBerry 7 operating system. It's great to see the sliding member of the Torch family make its way to a carrier other than AT&T, though it looks like the folks on T-Mo are going to have to pay a bit of a premium for the Magenta-flavored version of the 9810. Anyone thinking about plunking down the cash for a T-Mobile Torch 9810 next week?
