The AT&T Avail smartphone device was made by ZTE and will be available with their prepaid service, AT&T GoPhone, later this year. This Android 2.3 (Gingerbread) touchscreen display has a 3.5" display, 5MP camera, WiFi, and access to the AT&T Android Portfolio.
