A little over a week ago we were presented with some fresh renders of the Motorola Spyder/DROID HD/DROID RAZR, a device expected to be headed for Verizon with 4G LTE support in tow. Today the DROID RAZR is back in the news, as it's reportedly been spied being put through the paces over at benchmarking site NenaMark. There's not a ton of info to be had on the page, but the NenaMark listing does list the DROID RAZR as packing a 960x540 qHD display and 1.2GHz processor (possibly of the OMAP 4430 variety), both of which are specs that we heard last month. Additionally, the DROID RAZR in question was apparently running Android 2.3.5 at the time of the test.
As is usually the case with these NenaMark tests, it's worth mentioning that the specs you see above probably shouldn't be taken as gospel just yet. However, this isn't the first time we've heard these features paired with the DROID RAZR, and we've also seen NenaMark provide some accurate info on then-unannounced handsets in the past. If all of the DROID RAZR's rumored specs (4.3-inch Super AMOLED display, 1.2GHz dual-core CPU, 4G LTE) hold true, do any of you think that the Moto-made device will be jumping to the top of your wish list?
