It's about that time once again, Verizon folk. Today Verizon reminded us that it plans to light up another 26 markets with 4G coverage tomorrow, September 15th, as well as expand its existing LTE coverage in another three areas. We covered most of the new markets last month, but Verizon has since added a few more that we wanted to share, including Dyersburg, Tenn., and Beaumont/Port Arthur, Texas. The entire list of cities that'll soon be showered in Verizon LTE can be found below.
Just as a quick heads up to all of you in the new Verizon 4G coverage areas, Big Red occasionally flips the LTE switch in its new markets a tad earlier than the official launch date. So if you're toting around one of Verizon's 4G-enabled devices like, say, the new Motorola DROID Bionic, it might be with your time to check for an LTE signal right now. Just be sure to drop us a line in the comments section if you find anything, k?
