We've been treated to a couple of blurry peeks at Sprint's Samsung Galaxy S II variant, the Epic 4G Touch, in the past, but today's the day that Sprint users have been waiting for. Press shots of the Sprint's GSII have finally made their way online, offering a look at the Epic 4G Touch that's clear as day. Obviously the biggest change from the unlocked Galaxy S II compared to Sprint's model is the switch from a home button to the four traditional Android navigation keys. Besides that, the Epic 4G Touch also features corners and a camera housing that are a tad more rounded than the ones found on the plain ol' GSM Galaxy S II.
So there you have it, Sprint users. Samsung was set to officially unveil the Epic 4G Touch along with the T-Mobile and AT&T Galaxy S II variants in NYC tomorrow, but hurricane Irene pushed that event back until Tuesday. We expect to the launch dates for all three devices at the gathering, although the rumor mill has it that Sprint's Epic 4G Touch could be arriving on September 9th. What do all of you Sprinters out there think of your Galaxy S II? Anyone think that this could be your next smartphone?
