Well what do we have here? The device you're looking at above and below is said to be the HTC Holiday, an Android-powered handset whose render and spec list originally leaked waaay back in mid-May. The story of this handset, according to the source of these photos, is that this particular Holiday was put up for sale on Craigslist, and so the current owner decided to snap it up and throw some images online for all to see. As you can see in one of the photos above, the Holiday is said to be packing a 4.5-inch qHD (540x960) display, 1.2GHz dual-core processor, 8-megapixel camera, 1.3-megapixel camera around front, and 1GB RAM. All of those specs line up with a leak from back in May, which claimed that the Holiday would also come with Android 2.3.4 out of the box. It's been rumored that the Holiday is destined for AT&T, but there's no such branding to be found on the device in these photos.
Sounds like a pretty drool-worthy device, no? It's exciting to see another 4.5-inch giganto-phone joining the Infuse 4G on AT&T, especially since the Holiday's got a higher resolution display than Samsung's offering. There's no word yet on when the Holiday might be launching, but right now we're just glad to finally see the handset in the flesh plastic. Anyone think that this might be your next smartphone?
UPDATE: As has been pointed out, there are "myAT&T" and "Live TV" apps available in the Holiday's app list. There you have it, AT&T-ers.
