Right on schedule, T-Mobile has announced that the Samsung Dart is now available for the low, low price of free with a two-year contract. The Dart features a 3.14-inch touchscreen, 3-megapixel camera, 2GB microSD card preinstalled, and Android 2.2 running beneath Samsung's TouchWiz UI.

Obviously the Dart is a pretty low-end device, but it looks like a decent little entry-level device that'll be good for customers making the jump from a feature phone or dumbphone to their first smartphone. Plus, the device's free on-contract price is pretty enticing for folks looking for an affordable Android device. Anyone thinking of pulling the trigger on the Dart or recommending it to a friend or family member?
