Remember the LG Thrill 4G? It's ok if you had to click that link to remember that the Thrill is AT&T's version of the LG Optimus 3D, because the device has been laying pretty low ever since it was officially announced during CTIA way back in March. Today the Thrill 4G is back in the headlines, though, thanks to an appearance in the FCC. The handset earned the agency's stamp of approval under the model number LG P925, which a search on AT&T's developer site has revealed is indeed the Thrill 4G.
So, when will the Thrill 4G actually make its way to AT&T's shelves and into your hands? Tough to say. When AT&T introduced the Thrill in March, it said that the device would be launching sometime "in the coming months." What exactly that means isn't clear except to a few folks inside AT&T, but we'll be sure to let you know when we learn more.
