Remember those new unlimited plans announced yesterday by T-Mobile that promised unlimited voice, texting, and 2GB of data? Unfortunately for you Even More Plus customers, T-Mo seems to have had a sudden change of heart, as our friends at TmoNews have revealed that the $59.99 Truly Unlimited Data, Talk + Text plan has been canned. No reason for the cancellation has been given, but now the only option available for folks interested in the Truly Unlimited plan is the $79.99/month Even More option.
It seems kind of strange that T-Mobile would go announce a new plan and then cancel it immediately after, and I'd be interested to find out exactly why Magenta made this decision. The good news, though, is that it sounds like some EMP users were able to sign up for the plan before T-Mo decided to axe it. If you were one of the lucky few, let us know!
