Over the weekend, we were finally treated to a photo of the HTC Pyramid showing off its rear end in the wild. Today the Pyramid leaks continue, courtesy of our friends at TmoNews. They've just been handed some spec and possible release info on the device from a "solid source," so you'll want to pay attention. According to their tipster, the Pyramid will feature a 480x800 display (we've heard 4.3-inches in the past), 1.2GHz dual-core CPU, 768MB RAM, an 8 megapixel camera, front-facing VGA cam, 14.4Mbps HSPA+ connectivity, DLNA, Sense 3.0, a body that's both lighter and sleeker than Verizon's ThunderBolt, and Android 2.4. Yes, 2.4. The source claims that the Pyramid is currently slated to be released in June.

Keeping up with the T-Mo/Android goodness, TmoNews has also heard that a slider version of the myTouch 4G is in the works, which may be similar to the myTouch 3G Slide. Details are still light on this device, but it's rumored to be packing a 1.2GHz dual-core processor and Android 2.4.

Previously we've heard that the Pyramid would pack a qHD (960x540) display, but this new rumor claims that a WVGA resolution will actually be present on the device. The Pyramid seems like it's got the makings of a flagship handset, though, and one would think that HTC would want a high-res display included with their new high-end phone. Even if it does pack an 800x480 display, the Pyramid's still got some pretty impressive specs, and the possibility of getting Android 2.4 preloaded is pretty awesome. It's not clear if there'll be anything Pyramid-related at CTIA, but if there is, you can be sure we'll let you know.
