Apple's iPad 2 may finally be out, but if you don't want one (or can't find one) and are fine with last year's model, AT&T has a pretty good deal going right now. If you navigate over to ATT's online store, you'll find that they're offering the 16GB iPad with WiFi + 3G for only $429 or, if you'd prefer a bit more storage, there's a 64GB WiFi + 3G model available for $529, a pretty steep discount considering that it cost $829 when it was originally unveiled. The WiFi + 3G iPads have also been discounted in AT&T's brick and mortar stores, where you'll find the 16GB for $429, 32GB for $529, or 64GB for $629.
While the original iPad may not sport the new dual-core A5 processor or pair of cameras like the newest version of Apple's tablet does, getting a 3G-capable tablet with 64GB of storage for $529 is a tough deal to beat. For anyone interested in picking up one of the discounted iPads, it's probably a good idea to act fast as there's no way to tell exactly how much stock is left. If you do pull the trigger on of these deals, be sure to let us know!
