The weekend may be close, but that doesn't mean we don't have time to slip in one more HTC ThunderBolt launch rumor before the weekend hits. The folks over at Android Central were just slipped the image you see above, claiming that the TBolt will be arriving on March 17th, just in time for you to pick up a new phone before kicking off the St. Patrick's Day festivities.
The ThunderBolt isn't the only upcoming handset in that image that's without a launch date, though, as the HTC Trophy is smack dab in the middle of the list. According to this leaked screenshot, Verizon will be launching its first Windows Phone 7 device on March 24th, lining up with a previous rumor that claimed it would be arriving in late March.
So that's two reports of a possible March 17th launch for the ThunderBolt and one March 21st rumor, as well. At this point, it seems like no one really knows when the TBolt will finally strike, but at least there's plenty of rumors to keep us busy while we wait, right? As for a possible March 24th launch for the Trophy, it's important to note that: A) Sprint will be launching the Arrive on March 20th, and B) Verizon usually launches new phones on Thursday, which the 24th is.
UPDATE: We've got some more possible evidence of the March 17th date. Imran Shahid, who appears to be a rep for HTC, just sent out the following tweet: "Are you ready to call down the HTC ThunderBolt? The first 4GLTE Smartphone on the Verizon Wireless network is launching on March 17th! Yes!!"
