While rumors about the HP TouchPad's upcoming release date continue to swirl around, we can probably start assuming that it's going to be "pretty soon." Why? Because the webOS-based tablet device has appeared on Amazon's website. Unfortunately, there's no actual important information listed with the ad. There's no pricing yet, and an availability date is anyone's guess at this point.
While it's not exactly what we're looking for when we see an Amazon listing, it's better than nothing. And if you're someone who's interested in picking up the first webOS tablet, you can sign up to receive more information when it becomes available. With the most recent rumors suggesting that the HP TouchPad will land in customer's hands in April, seeing the listing appear on Amazon now isn't a surprise at all. All we can do now is hope that more information, like all the important stuff customers care about, fills the page's sections sooner than later.
