Barcelona, Spain. Home of good food, beautiful architecture, and Mobile World Congress. The trade show hasn't started yet, but that's not stopping Samsung - they've just shown us the next version in the Galaxy S line, the Samsung Galaxy S 2. The device packs a 1 GHz dual-core processor, 4.27-inch Super AMOLED Plus display, Android 2.3 (Gingerbread), NFC capabilities, 8-megapixel camera, and a 2-megapixel front-facing camera into one thin package. You may be frustrated with Samsung and the Android 2.2 ordeal that has plagued the carrier versions in the United States, but you may want to give them a second look. The Galaxy S 2 is a great looking device, is incredibly light, and packs quite a punch given its small package.
