So now that we've got a rough idea of when the ThunderBolt and XOOM will be hitting Verizon's shelves, we need to know exactly how much we'll have shell out for them, right? Thanks to a screenshot leaked to Android Central, the potential pricing for those two devices has been brought to light. As you can see in the image up above, the ThunderBolt has a minimum advertised price of $249.99, which is likely a subsidized figure. The XOOM sports a price tag that's a little harder to swallow (although it's probably unsubsidized): $799.99.
While it's true that we could see different prices when the ThunderBolt and XOOM finally launch, this news at least gives us a good idea of what we can expect when they do arrive. There have been rumors that Verizon's LTE handsets could be priced a little higher than the plain ol' 3G devices, and this leak could very well be evidence of that. Would you be willing to pay $50 more for a handset, and maybe even an extra monthly data charge, for access to super-fast 4G speeds?
