Earlier today we finally saw just what HP and Palm have in store for their entry into the tablet market, or at least that's what we though. The company has just responded to the leak, though, and managed to get us even more excited for their February 9th event in the process. We just received another invite to the upcoming event, but this time it reads "Think you saw the latest on Engadget? Think again." Mysterious yet enticing, no?

The render of HP's 9-inch Topaz tablet that was revealed over got a lot of us, myself included, pretty excited, and not just because it's the first time in a long time that we've see genuinely new webOS hardware. Now that the company's implied that what they've got planned for the Feb. 9th event is even better than that, though, well, let's just say that I'm even more interested than before. You've got our attention, HP/Palm, just don't let us down, ok?
