If you've got a thing for super-thin smartphones, then this latest news out of CES is sure to get you salivating. Sony has thrown up a poster outside of the Las Vegas Convention Center showcasing a handset that isn't much thicker than a 3.5mm headphone jack. It also promises "more entertainment at the touch of a button," meaning that this mystery device could end up being a multimedia powerhouse.
No one is positive about just what this unannounced handset is, but it could very well be the mysterious Anzu/X12 that's leaked a couple of times in the past. If you'll remember back when the X12 first leaked, one of its claims to fame, besides a 4.2-inch high-res display, was "a very, very slim body." It may not be the PlayStation Phone/XPERIA Play, but if its rumored specs end up becoming reality, the X12 could be one of the better Android phones around for some time.
