We've heard rumblings that Windows Phone 7 would be arriving on Verizon soon, possibly next month, and today we got more evidence that it's actually going to happen. After perusing the Windows Marketplace, users have spotted several Verizon-branded apps, like My Verizon Mobile, ready for installation on your WP7 device. There's still no word on exactly when Microsoft's devices will land on Verizon's shelves, but it looks like it'll be sooner rather than later.
Even after Microsoft's announcement that they'd shipped 1.5 million Windows Phone 7 devices, there are still some people that are worried that the new platform is going to flop. I don't believe that that's the case, but even if it were, I'm sure that the OS is going to do better after it's available on Verizon and Sprint. They're the No. 1 and 3 carriers in the U.S., and the HTC 7 Pro, which is headed to Sprint, seemed to be one of the most popular WP7 devices when it was unveiled. How well do you think WP7 will fare when it finally arrives on Sprint and VZW?
