Google has teased Gingerbread once before by videotaping the giant cookie's arrival on the company's campus, and today they took to Twitter to tease Android 2.3 once again. The @GoogleMobile account tweeted that their "cafes are baking something sweet," and attached the image you see above. There's no more information to go on, but it's looking more and more likely that we'll see Google's next dessert officially launch soon.
There have been a couple of rumors lately trying to nail down exactly when Gingerbread would arrive, but so far they've beared no fruit...err...I mean cookies. As we've all seen, though, predicting when Google will launch a new version of Android is no easy feat. We've heard that Android 2.3 will be arriving in Q4 2010, and if I had to guess, I would say that it'll arrive some time this month. In the mean time, I just hope Google has enough of those Gingerbread Androids to go around.
