Continuum, Vortex, and DROID Pro all landing Nov. 18, WiFi-only Galaxy Tab delayed

November 11th was beginning to look like the day of the new Android phone for Verizon, but it looks like that date may have been pushed back.  According to a leaked Best Buy document, the Samsung Continuum, LG Vortex, and Motorola DROID Pro will all be launching on November 18th.  We'd already heard about the DROID Pro, but it's good to know the launch dates for the Continuum and Vortex, as well (especially since we now know specs for both of them).  You may notice that the DROID 2 Global's launch date is "Unknown," but thanks to a leak today, the 11th looks like a lock.  Finally, a separate Best Buy document has revealed that the WiFi-only Samsung Galaxy Tab has been delayed until after the holidays.

While some of the more hardcore, bleeding edge Android fans may be eagerly awaiting the Merge, I'm interested to see how these other phones end up selling.  The DROID Pro will almost certainly appeal to anyone in the business crowd that is looking for a change from their BlackBerrys, and the first-time smartphone buying demographic could snatch up the CITRUS and Vortex.  It's kind of interesting that the DROID 2 Global will be launching on November 11th rather than with all of its friends on the 18th, but there are a couple possibilities to explain the situation.  First of all, maybe Verizon wants to spread out their world-roaming Android phones.  The 18th is already jam-packed full of green robot goodness, so why not spread the love around a bit?  However, another explanation could be that the most recent D2G launch date is old and/or wrong.  After all, that is the risk we take with all of these leaks and rumors.  So, readers, care to take a guess at when we'll see the D2G arrive?
