The BlackBerry Storm 3 has been kind of like a zombie in RIM's lineup: first it was coming late this year, then it was supposedly cancelled, and just recently it came back to life and was said be to launching this month. If you'll remember, we posted a possible spec list for the new Storm back in July, but today we've got an updated version of that list for you. According to the folks over at BBLeaks, "multiple sources" have given them the following info on the Storm 3:
Those are definitely some pretty impressive specs, and that's what RIM needs to help them compete. After being surpassed by the iPhone and the ever-increasing Android Army in terms of market share, a Storm 3 sporting a 3.7-inch AMOLED display and 8 megapixel camera could definitely help regain some consumer interest. We heard before that the Storm 3 would be arriving in November, but BBLeaks says we could be waiting until some time in early 2011 for it. If the above specs turn out to be true, though, the wait may just be worth it.
