There have been a bevy of Android leaks recently, and now we've got another one for you. What makes this device stand out, though, is that it's rumored to be one of Verizon's LTE-capable handsets. The LG-made device is a future "high end Android phone for Verizon," according to the source that leaked the image to Engadget. Near the bottom of the list of logos on the back of the phone is what looks like an LTE symbol, and there's also a WiFi logo further up. The camera is identified as being "HD," so we're looking at either a 720p or 1080p-capable shooter. Going around to the other side of the phone, you can see a mirrored display and what looks to be a front-facing camera to the right of the Verizon logo and speaker.
We know that Verizon is planning to show off six LTE-ready smartphones and tablets at CES 2011, so perhaps this LG will be one of the lucky few on display. I don't know about you, but I think that this handset looks pretty slick, especially with the mirrored screen. Here's to hoping that that screen is around 4 inches, which seems to be the sweet spot in the world of 3.5, 3.7, 4, and 4.3-inch displays. So for those of you looking for a 4G device, will this LG smartphone be your future LTE phone? Or are you going to wait and see what other manufacturers are planning before selecting a 4G handset?
