We've seen all kinds of HTC Windows Phone 7 leaks over the past few months, including the Mondrian. Interestingly enough, we haven't actually seen the Mondrian until today. The device is the star of two AT&T commercials that show off Windows Phone 7 and tout that this phone and OS will "save us from our phones," referring to the glanceable information found in WP7. As a quick refresher, the (rumored) specs for the Mondrian include a 4.3-inch, 480x800 display powered by a 1.3GHz QSD8650A/B Snapdragon processor. Also, a recent rumor puts the launch of Windows Phone 7 at October 21st in Europe and November 8th in the U.S., which goes along nicely with news we've heard in the past. You can check out both AT&T ads below.
While we don't know much about the Mondrian, it's obvious that it's going to be a pretty tough handset to beat (if the rumored specs are true, that is). Now that we've got spec information for both the Mozart and Mondrian, I'd say HTC-made Windows Phone 7 devices are shaping up to be pretty impressive. Good thing the company is launching some WP7 phones next month, eh?
