HTC just wrapped up its press event in London, where as expected, they took the wraps off of two new devices.

The Desire HD is essentially a beefed up EVO 4G, with a solid aluminum housing, 1 GHz Snapdragon processor, 8-megapixel camera with dual-LED flash, HSPA+ 3G data connectivity, and 802.11n Wi-Fi for your browsing pleasure.  It'll launch in Europe and Asia in October.  

Next, the HTC Desire Z, which closely resembles the upcoming T-Mobile G2.  It offers a full QWERTY keyboard, 800 MHz Qualcomm MSM7320 processor, HSPA+ 3G data connectivity, Wi-Fi 802.11n.  The Desire Z will also launch in the European and Asian markets in October.

HTC also announced a revised Sense experience, and to that end, they took the wraps off of HTC Sense.com.  In a nutshell, it's like a MobileMe of the HTC world, allowing you to remotely back up, locate, and wipe your device.  Should the device be lost, you can use the website to locate the device on a map, and trigger a loud ring until it's located.  

No word on support for older devices just yet, but here's to hoping HTC will offer some level of backwards compatibility.  I wouldn't mind seeing the Desire HD in the States as well.  Who's with me?
