Samsung's upcoming Epic 4G and HTC's EVO 4G are the only 4G handsets in America right now and, since they're both high-end Android devices, some customers may have a hard time deciding between the two. Sprint has attempted to make that decision a little easier today by uploading a video comparing the two hot, new phones. Touting the Epic's AMOLED display, QWERTY keyboard, and entertainment capabilities, this "comparison" video ends up making the EVO look more like the red-headed stepchild of the Sprint lineup rather than the Android superphone that it really is. It's ok, EVO, we still love you.
There still isn't any solid information about the Epic 4G's release date, so all we have to go on is the rumored August 21st date that we've heard a handful of times in the past. Still, it's nice to see the device again, especially since the video is coming from Sprint itself. Hopefully the fact that Sprint decided to release this comparison means that we're inching closer to a launch. In the battle of Sprint 4G handsets, who's side are you on?
