T-Mobile seems to have a thing for buy one get one free events as of late. Their latest BOGO deal kept getting extended and doesn't actually end until May 9 (this coming Sunday). Nevertheless, it looks like T-Mobile has a few deals up its sleeve. According to Andronica, T-Mobile will be offering another BOGO deal that will include select Android devices like the myTouch3G, Samsung Behold II, and Motorola CLIQ XT. The details are as follows:
“[Customers who] purchase one smartphone and activate or upgrade on a new two-year postpaid contract and qualifying rate plan with unlimited Web will be offered a second smartphone of equal or lesser value for free when they activate or upgrade a second line on a new two-year postpaid contract and qualifying rate plan with unlimited Web.”
The good news is that if you're not looking for two Android handsets, T-Mobile is prepared to accommodate you. If the second person on your plan would prefer a non-Android device, they are welcome to choose the BlackBerry Bold 9700, Sidekick LX, and Nokia Nuron among others. Dates and specific pricing were not revealed.
You know how Mom is always calling and complaining that she can't get a hold of you and that you never talk anymore? Well, good news, T-Mobile also has a Mother's Day deal going on this weekend. For a limited time you can purchase the Motorola CLIQ XT for Mom for $79.99 (the normal price is $129.99), which is a savings of $50. Of course, the deal does require a new two year contract or upgrade and a $30/month unlimited data plan, but isn't Mom worth at least that?
Finally, Androinica makes a good point in mentioning that, while this is a nice offer from T-Mobile, you can head on over to Wirefly and get the CLIQ XT for free. And I'm sure there are other deals on the interwebs as well. Anyone plan on getting the CLIQ XT for Mom this weekend or taking advantage of some of T-Mobile's BOGO lovin'? Let us know in the comments!
