Palm webOS 1.2 leaked, quickly plugged back up
What happens when you decide that you want to revert your Pre back to factory specifications?  In the instance of PreCentral forum member go4craig, it updates your device to webOS v1.2.  After posting it on the forums, several others were able to enjoy 1.2 before Palm realized the error and plugged the leak.  New features and improvements include (among a "number of little tweaks") improved zoom options, account information in the App Catalog (paid apps on the horizon), and a "Select All" option in the browser menu.  Via Engadget Mobile

• WikiHow: Self explanatory
• TMaps DC: Transit maps for the Washington, DC area.  Tour the nation's capital in style!
• The Globe and Mail: One of Canada’s favorite daily national newspapers 
• DirecTV NFL: Life NFL Sunday Ticket for the Pre! (yeehaw!)

I like the Palm Pre, but is it just me, or does the App Catalog contain the most random selection of apps in the history of app stores?  Via IntoMobile
