We'll admit it (especially after this busy phone season): it's hard to decide which smartphone is the best. Each one seems to market a different feature of value, and it's challenging to pick and choose. Though the folks at PhoneDog (myself included) work day and night to bring you the latest content, reviews, and up-to-date information, it's always nice to see manufacturers taking a bit of responsibility and offering tutorials and learning opportunities to their customers.
Verizon Wireless launched their Smartphone Resource Center today, a tool intended to assist customers in purchasing a device. Through the program, users can view smartphone information, hot topics, simulators, equipment guides, ratings and reviews, and browse community forums for frequently asked questions. Though we're a bit disappointed that it's limited to smartphones only, It's nice to see carriers embracing the concept of user-geared content.
