The HighScreen PP5420 has been around for a bit, running Windows Mobile 6.1. You can check out full specs and some sexy photos over at mobinova's product page for Ice, as the phone is called. It has a 3Mp camera with a secondary cam for video calling, 3G and a 3? WQVGA TFT-LCD touch screen.

But what makes this device interesting is the navigation pad below the screen. The touch screen is supplemented by a touch screen--the second being OLED. Unwired View notes the resemblance to the Samsung Soul in the same post where they announced that this thing will be ditching Windows Mobile 6.1 pro for  Android. My guess is the company will go for the "No Strings" option.
