Wanna get in early on the action and play around with the WebOS interface long before the phone comes out? Well, it's too early for that. But it's not to early to get your system prepared so you can tinker as soon as some chunks of the SDK are released. This is how I got my own screenshots of Android before the release, and it only feels right to share.
It is, however, your life - and your computer. Don't blame me if you electrocute your cat or turn your mother's hair gray. That said, the (first two*) steps below worked flawlessly for me.
1.) Go to this link
2.) Follow the tutorial
3.) Wait and update
4.) Play with a far less responsive version of WebOS than we'll see on the phone. (That's been my Eclipse experience, anyway.)
