I have to say I like the looks of Sanyo's new Katana LX  way more than I did any of the previous Katanas.  That said, there's not much else to get excited about here, except maybe the price.  Still it's worth noting that Katana LX is now available from Sprint.

Fifty bones will get you your choice of three colors (Graphite, Blue, or Pink), an external display, GPS, Bluetooth, and a VGA camera ... but no EV-DO - aka Sprint Power Vision - access.  So basically you're looking at a low end flip phone with GPS and a kinda cool design.  Which isn't all bad.  Think of it as a low-cost holdover until Instinct drops this Summer.
