Aside from the $200 USD price tag, the F1's 2.2" touch sensitive device apparently isn't too shabby for a model car, um phone, uh. It features a multimedia player, a 1.3-megapixel camera, video recorder, expandable memory, USB connectivity and comes GPS-enabled. Oh, and it looks like a Ferrari.
