Verizon today has released the Z6c, a world phone that supports both GSM (900, 1800) and CDMA (800, 1900) bands making it a legitimate alternative to the BlackBerry 8830 for international travel. The phone offers the same feature set as the Z6tv including a 2.0 megapixel camera, stereo Bluetooth capability, microSD slot and all of the VCAST goodies with the exception of VCAST TV.
The phone currently retails for $189 (price includes a $50 mail-in-rebate).
