The main complaint Nokia 6061 customers have been reporting have to do with the phones poor reception and voice quality. The automatic volume feature does not work as advertised, along with the lack of side keys make it difficult for the user to adjust the volume quickly and efficiently. Volume control can only be adjusted during a call from the right and left toggle switches located in the center of the phone. This not an easy thing without moving the phone away from your face first. I don't know anyone who wants to go through that everytime they make or receive a phone call. Do you?
Overall the phone suffers from a poor design, limited features, cluttered display, poor reception and less than average durability rating.
