The main issue I have with the Nokia 3120 is its lack of volume control. The only way to turn up the volume is to turn on the speaker phone. I've heard so many complaints from customers who are unable to hear the person they are trying to have a conversation with regardless of the amount of background noise.

It really doesn't matter if the phone has decent features, good ring-tones, and a nice display. If it is unable to provide the user with the most basic function; 'the ability to make and receive phone calls?, then it has to be considered an item to avoid.
