The Motorola V190 made our list for two simple reasons:
1. The V190 is known for dropping more calls than making them.
2. Phone lock-up (many consumers reported having to reset their phones daily by removing and reinstalling the battery)
The cell phone for many of us has become our only interface to communicate with the rest of the world. If a phone is not able to perform the most basic function of making and receiving calls who really cares if you can get one for free.
*Note: Motorola has yet to offer any software updates or fixes for the afflicted phones.
