Though a bit late to the party, Verizon Wireless' variant of the Samsung Galaxy S III is finally available in retail stores and online. It features the same 1.5 GHz dual-core Snapdragon S4 CPU, 4.8-inch Super AMOLED HD display (with PenTile), 8-megapixel camera with 1080p recording, 2,100 mAh battery, and Android 4.0 with TouchWiz that we've gotten used to on the other versions. In addition to Verizon's 4G LTE connectivity, you'll get a host of V CAST apps along with Visual Voicemail (for an additional $2.99 per month). It's mostly untouched by Verizon, though the most annoying "feature" is the inability to fully turn off Wi-Fi notifications. With a reasonable starting price point and a great specifications list, it's the best Android smartphone on Verizon at the moment.
